A standard scoping session often focuses only on technical requirements. Our Discovery Process is a strategic deep-dive. We focus first on validating the business problem and desired outcomes before defining a technical solution, ensuring what we build will actually move the needle for your business.

That’s completely okay. Our Discovery Process is zero obligation. You’ll walk away with a fully researched, actionable plan you can use with any team.

We use a Time & Materials pricing model, which gives you flexibility as the scope evolves. You’re billed based on the actual hours worked, and we track time carefully to keep everything accurate and fully transparent.

You own everything. From the first line of code to every documentation, all intellectual property belongs to you. It’s written into our Agreement, and protected by an NDA from day one.

  • Changes:

    Change is a natural part of any project. New requests are added to a backlog and prioritized directly with you, ensuring we're always focused on what’s most valuable.

  • Quality (QA):

    Quality is built-in, not just a final check. We use a mix of manual and automated testing (functional, usability, performance, security) and validate all features in a staging environment before release.

  • Releases:

    We release updates in small, safe increments to ensure stability. All deployments are planned, versioned, and instantly reversible if needed, minimizing risk and eliminating downtime.

We follow global standards like GDPR, CCPA, and CASL, applying a privacy-by-design approach from day one. We use role-based access, encrypted data transfer, and tailor compliance tools to each client's industry needs, including those in highly regulated sectors like finance, legal services, and logistics.
